No. It is definitely not too late to have a 'Faith spinoff' show. Last time I checked Eliza Duskhu was only 36 years old and it is not surprising there is so much ageism in Hollywood when we have people saying an actress in her 30s is too old to the role of a slayer yet everybody was open to welcoming back a 47 year old Kiefer Sutherland to play Jack Baur again not long ago in '24: Live Another Day' and people are in full support of having a 52 year old Robert Downey Jr as Iron Man and an out of shape 65 year old Steven Seagal still headlining Action movies but Eliza is too old.... 
Eliza has just got the leading role in a new TV show called 'The Black Company' so it is unlikely at this point.
