Saw it once on TCM years ago. It was pretty decent. It is not a film that often gets mentioned and flew under the radar from an excellent year for film. The imagery is stunning. It did receive an Academy Award nomination for its sound design, but that was it. I don't think many industry people knew how to peg it, or what to make of it, being Disney, but unlike other nature Disney presented before. It wouldn't have been an easy shoot and the film is so expertly and compellingly put together.
