I'm not structural engineer so I'm going with the experts on this one.
Plus I find it even more unlikely that they could set up explosives in the building without anyone noticing. For the record the the tallest building even demolished in a controlled demolition was only half the size of one of the WTC towers and it took six months to prepare the building for the demolition.
In the conspiracy scenario, they rigged not only the twin towers, they also do it to building 7. Somehow the explosives are not destroyed or detonated when the planes hit the towers for "reasons". Unlike a controlled demolition, the buildings start collapsing from the top, exactly where giant gaping hole left by the plane crash existed.
