Honestly GotG is the only MCU series (not counting the tv shows) that I just don't like. Thus this will be one of the few that I don't watch in the theater (or ever maybe). "But, Ackbar," replies everyone. "Every person on Earth loves the first one! Have you been hitting the trap juice?!" What can I say? I recognize I'm in the minority, but I honestly just don't enjoy GotG on any level. (And a little trap juice is good for what ails ya!) I can agree with that. Like I said, I wasn't real hip on the first one. This one feels a lot more fleshed out though. I may give it try at some point when it hits DVD/Blu Ray. But my fundamental problems with the first one are probably too deep to be corrected by any sequel. |
