Now that we are in the habit of passing around opinions on various wines the next stage should be ...CHEESES.
My current favourites are Red Leicester, Boursin and Wallace & Gromit's favourite, Wensleydale which is too good. I get greedy on it and it lasts no time at all. I like cream cheese but Philadephia is pretty tasteless to me.
