To be honest I love all of the villains, even the less defined ones, but

Ego,

Obediah,

Pierce/Winter Soldier,

Red Skull,

Loki,

Zemo,

Kaecilius/Dormammu,

Ultron, and then

Killgrave and

Kingpin as well are amazing.

Not to mention, here come

Hela,

Vulture, and

Thanos.
