I would think maybe not, they may want to establish the character and the feel before branching off into the more fantastical elements of Batman's rogues gallery, which also makes sense I think if this is meant to be like a year 1 or 2 Batman, I think his stuff starts grounded then expands so if they did this in the movies also it would be cool, seeing Batman learn to deal with a new type of threat in the sequel would be interesting, having to put aside what he thought he knew and learn how their is more to the world than even he has believed, could be a fun watch.
