Right off down the estuary for a couple of hours with the dugs, and a bottle of 2018 Lime Tree Merlot for company... "Hailing from sun-soaked South Eastern Australia, this Merlot is a fine example of great winemaking and a superb climate. Opening with sweet mulberry on the nose, this wine has instant appeal with flavours of ripe blackberry and plum, complemented by supple tannins" We'll see 🐕🍷 It's OK, smooth, very drinkable. Nothing too exciting. I won't be rushing to buy another bottle, but you could serve it at a dinner party or get together without offending anyones sensibilities. NB... It might not be at it's best drunk straight out the bottle on a cold day down the estuary... It might improve served at room temperature, and Merlot should apparently be decanted and allowed to breathe for two hours.
