#7, #11, and #20 aren't happening. They don't own the rights to Fantastic Four, Silver Surfer or Galactus.
And #3 isn't happening. MCU's had almost a decade to make a Black Widow movie but hasn't because MCU doesn't want to make female-led superhero movies. They're only making Captain Marvel as a reaction to DCEU making a Wonder Woman movie, just like they made Civil War as a reaction to BvS.
You left out "ASS, The Movie"
