No Bible was used when Fdr took the oath of office.in 1933

If i am not mistaken there is no place in the US constitution that says you have to use the bible its a personal choice not a law set in stone, A president does not actually have to swear on the bible he can use any book he wants.


Of course i am not American and far from an expert on how the American political system work so i could be wrong.
