I would guess that they either started writing as soon as the first news of the virus hit and maybe haven't even finished it yet, or they made small changes to something they had already been working on.

A week is pretty ambitious. And even if that was the case, post production would be longer.

But my guess is it will be a pretty small scale thing, and I wouldn't be surprised if there's loads of stock footage.
