Update - I woke up again with fever but immediately took Paracetamol+ Aceclofenac combo and also the tablet for diarhea (was my 4th tablet for the same in 24 hours). Now my stomach seems to be holding well for the last 6 hours and fever has reduced. I am not feeling so weak today as compared to yesterday. Hopefully, this was just flu or something else. I am feeling better although a slight fever still lingers. I am still completely isolated and will remain for the foreseeable time. Fever dropping is good. Stay hydrated. I don't know what the guidelines are there... But here if you have any symptoms at all you are supposed to self-isolate for 14 days. Yes, I have updated my boss about the same as my company had emailed us that should anyone have any Corona like symptoms they keep their lead in light. I will continue to isolate myself even if I am completely fine.
