Okay, here we go... The article linked below tells the story better than I am about to, but here's a quick summary...
Basically, two morticians (because what other profession would they have in a spooky story?) went out for a drink on the Friday after Thanksgiving and never returned home. For four years the investigation remained open with all sorts of theories. Then almost exactly four years their car was randomly found in Lake Washington. Both men were inside. They had apparently skidded off the road.The wife of the driver then went east for Thanksgiving, then on the Firday after Thanksgiving she was driving home, skidded off the road and drown in a river.
Spooky.
