Supposedly, you can suffer permanent lung damage if you get the Coronavirus. I read that last week in a report coming out of China. It's worrying them because people that have recovered or getting re-infected and their damaged lungs can't handle it again and it's killing them. It's like pneumonia, it scars your lungs. And re-infection with covid 19 happens, meaning that catching it once doesn't necessarily give someone immunity through antibodies. In fact it's lethality increases with each bout of infection you get. |
