It’s a joke going back to the old sports board, where we had a poster named “andyway” who’d reply to every off-topic thread with the same line: “sports, discuss sports here.” Actually, sometimes he’d say “sports, discuss them.” It came off as funny because he’d never contribute anything else at all, let alone discuss sports himself. Anyway, GoodMan was just referencing that!
