Do you think it's pretty much impossible for every team in a division to make the playoffs?
Ok - so you've got 4 division winners and 3 WCs.
Say for instance -
Birds win the NFC East as expected -
Than the Cowboys, Giants and Skins all make the playoffs as WCs?
It’s not impossible, but very unlikely...
(that the Eagles win the division)
You'd have to think all the teams within a division pretty much beat up on each other - and it would be kind of hard for the last place team in the division to make the playoffs - there'd have to be at least one 2nd place team in the other 3 divisions with a better record.
Wonder what the odds are though - I'm not the greatest with stats......
