Telling people to stay at home and then denying them any financial support will go over like a fart in church! People are going to take their chances with the virus if it means they will be able to buy some fucking food and utilities!

I feel the same way about rent/mortgage and bills being deferred. People still didn't get paid - - it's not like they are going to get double paid in a few months. You simply have to have that month/months free or else you're really going to have some public unrest coming down the pike.
