Sometimes people's stupidity puts everyone at risk. These people don't know that their misplaced faith and carelessness and disregard for others is causing problems for others. The Pastor you mentioned is embarrassment.

I'm religious. And I believe in God. But I'll be the first one to admit, some religious people are just plain stupid.

God helps those who help themselves. You can't just pray and go to church. You have to use good judgement.

Nowhere in the Bible does it say you have to go to church. Church is a man made institution. The church is not God. The pastor is not God.

You can pray and go to church all you want. But if you make a dumb mistake, you're gonna pay. And in this case, you're putting others at risk.
