thick pork chops. Making mashed taters, Brussels sprouts and will have unsweetened apple sauce. And pork gravy which I'll make from drippings. I like Brussels sprouts yet very rarely buy them. How do you cook yours Pinky? Halve them, tear off outer leaves and cut stems, toss in olive oil, place on a baking sheet, season with salt, pepper and garlic and bake (roast) for about eight to ten minutes, depending on size. They are SOOO tasty! For some reason, there has been a run on fresh broccoli, so I'm doing more brussel sprouts. Soon I'll have to use frozen veggies. Meh.
