This virus is non-discriminating. It will hit any and everyone it can. Construction being shutdown keeps the curve of active cases from multiplying so that healthcare institutions aren't overwhelmed, and buys some time until a vaccine can be provided. Construction is the least of it. Hospitality, restaurants, vacation rentals, airlines . . . . I don't think I need to go on.
