I like Brussels sprouts yet very rarely buy them. How do you cook yours Pinky? Halve them, tear off outer leaves and cut stems, toss in olive oil, place on a baking sheet, season with salt, pepper and garlic and bake (roast) for about eight to ten minutes, depending on size. They are SOOO tasty! For some reason, there has been a run on fresh broccoli, so I'm doing more brussel sprouts. Soon I'll have to use frozen veggies. Meh. I find if sprouts aren’t cooked properly, they can have a bitter taste. I usually roast mine whole. Will cut em’ up next time. The only frozen veges I buy are peas and corn kernels.
