According to the BBC only 18 countries haven't reported a coronavirus case (www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-52120439)

Comoros; Kiribati; Lesotho; Marshall Islands; Micronesia; Nauru; North Korea; Palau; Samoa; Sao Tome and Principe; Solomon Islands; South Sudan; Tajikistan; Tonga; Turkmenistan; Tuvalu; Vanuatu, Yemen
I suspect North Korea, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, South Sudan and Yemen probably do have cases that they aren't reporting so that leaves 14 safe places to be at the moment unless you count the Arctic and Antarctic continents
