Actress and writer, Patricia Bosworth passed away on April 2 from complications from COVID-19. She was 86. A member of the Actors Studio in the 1950s, she had a brief acting career in features and television, most notably in The Nun's Story (1959) with Audrey Hepburn. In the 1960s, she gave up acting to focus on writing, mostly of a show-business nature. Through the years she wrote for "New York Magazine," "The New York Times," and "Vanity Fair." But some of her most acclaimed work was done in book form, notably her best-selling biographies of Montgomery Clift in 1978, Diane Arbus in 1984, Marlon Brando in 2000, and Jane Fonda in 2011. She is remembered at The Hollywood ReporterR.I.P. Patricia Bosworth
