There is one scene in The Naked Gun 2 1/2 : The Smell of Fear that will make me laugh so hard I am gasping... every time I see it.
The one where Frank Drebin and Dr Meinheimer are tied up in a room, and Frank tries to saw through the ropes, and a series of sports equipment falls on Dr M's head, and something about it is so funny to me.
