I tend to agree, there's not enough of the Kim Wexler character for a spin off, or even a one off movie, but learning the long term Fates of Howard Hamlin, Kim Wexler, Mike's daughter in law and granddaughter, and for that matter Skyler and Hank JR, and Marie would be worthwhile.
As for Kim herself, I assume if she will have been murdered by the cartel I think Jimmy's story would have unfolded in a different fashion, one disturbing possibility is, did Jimmy kill her at some point? A more positive outcome would be if she returned to HHM as a partner and eventually becoming managing partner, or if she founds her own firm perhaps buying out a failing HHM.
I would like to see some form of happy endings for Stacey and Marie, as in the BB and BCS universe, they are the most innocent.
