Hey Ned - In case you're reading - saw 'Crawl' yesterday (giant crocodile movie) - stay away Watched '47 Meters Down' too - shark movie - was better than 'Crawl' but that ain't saying much Crawl - not a patch on Rogue (2007) , which in turn doesn't have the fun of Lake Placid (1999). Likewise The Meg is child friendly and lacks the tongue in cheek fun of Deep Blue Sea. I was very disappointed in The Meg too after I read/heard a lot of people rave about it - Deep Blue Sea was a fun movie - especially the famous Samuel L. Jackson scene.
I attempted Rogue a couple of years back - was bored out of my mind.
It's rare to come across a decent killer animal movie these days.
Hmmmm - trying to think of some good ones.
Have you ever seen 'Frozen'? Not the kiddie movie - but the movie about the 3 people trapped on the ski lift while the ski resort is closed down and there's killer wolves below them? Highly recommended.
