Nope.
For me at least - it's like a vicious cycle.
Times like these are dangerous - drink a beer to pick up your mood - 1 turns into 2 - 2 turns into a 6 pack - and before you know it I'm rolling through a 30 pack.
Exercising, dieting and drinking lots of water and trying to stay positive.
