Rey has no connection to the skywalker name not by blood or marriage. She will never be a Skywalker in my mind. Rey spent about as much time with Luke as he did Obi Wan and even more with Leia. To be a true Skywalker she need blood connection or marriage connection she has non of that. At least that is my view on it.
