I really love both but I think I have to give the edge to Euphoria. Partly because I just finished re-watching it a couple days ago so it’s fresher in my mind, but I also think it has a stronger cast (an especially stronger antagonist) and a more compelling plot.
Both suffer from mediocre season finales.
