Could Mad Max become a perfect Marvel character?

I mean, Tom Hardy's version, Mad Max II. Coming from the (post-apocalyptic) future like Rachel Summers/Phoenix, Cable, Bishop and X-Man.

Make him an Avenger. That would be 100% great.

The original trilogy: "Mad Max" (1979), "Mad Max 2" (1981) aka "The Road Warrior" and "Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome" (1985).

Of course, "Mad Max: Fury Road" (2015) is an alternate universe, so there's a standalone timeline only for it.
