Gotta be one of the expansion teams. I'm fairly certain the Rays retired Wade Boggs, the Rockies retired Todd Helton and the D-backs retired Randy Johnson. So the Marlins.  Interestingly the Marlins HAD retired a number, number 5 a few years back in honor of the old owner (who retired it for himself), I forget his name, I guess they unretired it.
