Cut it out

Not recently. But when I bought the DVDs of Star Trek: The Original Series, I discovered just how much had been cut out for syndication.

In particular, I remember a scene from the beginning of "Space Speed" with Kirk and Spock discussing how they found the Botany Bay. The syndicated version opens with Kirk saying, "There it is" as the Botany Bay appears on the viewscreen.
