I strive to pick the less obvious ones. 

In no order:
Windows because of his laid back personality and I feel bad for him the way everyone gives him a hard time and then he gets it. 
The black cook. Forgot his name. "Hey! Who is putting their dirty drawers in the kitchen garbage!" And the way he "turns down" the Stevie Wonder! LOL 
Clark because he is a character actor I have always liked from seeing him in other things and I hate it that McReady does murder him.
