Messi is one of the biggest underachievers on international stage. He could not even win a copa for his national side ( and the national side was not lacking other good players). Even in CL he has under-performed. CR7 has been better. But I will take Maradona. That's a very good point. Maradona dragged an average Argentina side above itself whereas Messi couldn't succeed time and time again with very good sides. |
