That is very interesting about Babe Ruth's record against the Yankees. Shouldn't be that surprised since he is a HOF just as a pitcher and the Sox won a few championships with him in the rotation.
I never look into it. Just by watching the game, one memorable Yankees killer was Mike Caldwell of the Brewers. Yankees never seem to be able to beat him. Then there's Randy Johnson. He beat the Yankees as Mariner. He beat the Yankees as Diamondback. He killed the Yankees in the playoff as a Yankee.
