Well if something is available through download and there is no legit way (within reason) to get it, what can one really do?
it might not be the optimal situation but it's not the end of the world either
p.s. some things are somewhat of a grey-area in life ; although if you want to look at it from religious angle... then things are either right or wrong (even assuming I was on the wrong side in this situation, it would be more of a minimal offense). either way, Catholic or not. we are all sinners on some level and we try to keep sin at a minimum as I figure at the very least one should try avoiding the reg flag (i.e. mortal sin) stuff and it's pretty safe to say this would be no where near a mortal sin (assuming it's wrong in the first place). basically even if I was wrong here, it would definitely be more of the venial sin(mild sin) territory since the damage, if any, would be minimal. so I guess if one wants to take the extra safe/conservative approach on this topic... then don't do it
