To be fair, Robinson isn't racist and there is probably nothing you can cite to show he is, when he founded the UPL, the protest marches had placards saying "National Front go to Hell" and the EDL burned the Nazi flag, which is why the EDL ended up fighting with Nazis in Birmingham. But the video explains the harassment he has received at the hands of the British police. The restrictions on his finances, movement and speech. After this, Robinson and his wife were arrested for money laundering and mortgage fraud. They were placed on restraints limiting them to £250 per week for four years under anti terror laws. No charges.

Robinson then planned a charity walk in London but was asked by police not to enter Tower Hamlets, which he refused. This video shows what happened.

Robinson and his cousin assaulted and both subsequently arrested for "obstructing police" His bail conditions? Not to enter Tower Hamlets.

Now at this Point, Robinson had been arrested 6 times and only charged with swearing. 

He has subsequently been charged with:

Tax evasion: Not guilty
Burglarly: Not guilty
Assault: Not guilty
Mortgage fraud. He took a deal on this to keep his family out of court as he had already been told by the government he was on Al Shababs kill list. The actual fraud was not by Robinson, but he had lent the money to his brother in law. Robinson would have walked for that. Bail conditions not to contact the EDL
Subsequently recieved a bill for £325,000 under proceeds of crime act. In court judge reduced this to £125,000 under threat of a further 4 years in prison.
Recalled to jail after receiving a tweet from a guy threatening his mother and telling the guy where he would be. Interestingly the guys handle was "1488, Hitler" released and told he was not allowed to discuss Islam or his treatment by police at his Oxford Union speech.
Due to speak at the House of Lords, arrested and recall to jail ten days before the speaking date. He had 8 days on license, but was held for 11.
Was arrested by US police when entering the US legally to speak to a US congressman.
Sentenced to 10 months for entering the US on somebody elses passport.
Prevented from travelling to France because France has "tensions"
Was arrested when a gang of Muslims were threatening his family with weapons. None of the Muslims were, one of whom was Ibrahim Anderson, later jailed for terrorism.
Arrested for Contempt of Court for livestreaming whilst on the steps to the court house. Arrested at 4:30 am. The guy has three children.
Charged with assaulting a police officer, when accidentally falling into one whilst trying to take an ISIS flag from Muslim on Armistice day. Not guilty
Subsequently charged with causing "alarm and distress" to the guy who's flag he took. Fined.

He has been arrested at least 19 times since 2009. Convicted for swearing, took a deal on the mortgage fraud and entering the US illegally and he did that because the British police asked the US to bar him entry.

Apparently this is being put into a documentary, with the supporting evidence. If this is even half true, regardless of who he is and what he believes, it is utterly unacceptable in a democracy.
