See, the thing is, Rabbit is clearly entrenched in his worldview to the point that he literally has enemies that cannot be agreed with at any cost. So while me and you can disagree but continue to talk, he simply cannot do that. We have to be wrong. He cannot cede any point to his "enemies" which is why he simply falls back to insults and repetition.
As AJ said above, I was saying in 2014 that the migrant crisis was going to lead to a rise in the Far Right. Have you seen Gert Wilders manifesto? It's shocking and will actually restrict the freedoms of Dutch citizens and ban all immigration. His party is now the second biggest in Holland. The Sweden Democrats now look like serious candidates, polling around 21% up from 7% in 2010. The Tories over here will smash Labour in June because Labour are still pushing the stupid identity politics nonsense.
