Re: unexpected TV appearances: I was surprised to see 12-year-old Frankie Avalon show up on a "lost" episode of The Honeymooners shown on the Decades channel last week ("Christmas Party"). I only know him as a teen idol singer and star of those '60s beach movies; I never knew he was also such an accomplished trumpet player as a child.
I also learned yesterday how to make a thicker, fluffier omelet by adding a little flour to it; I tried it out this morning and it was delicious. I have to thank Eddie "Rochester" Anderson for mentioning this tip on yesterday's Jack Benny Show.
