I would definitely disagree with that when judging her overall attractiveness.
because I think your missing the obvious... she's just 'got it', like that charm about her that separates her from the easy majority of Bond Girls. it's not solely about surface looks. so model looks or not, she's pretty much at the top or close to it if you ask me when it comes to Bond Girls who are most attractive.
so while she does not look really young, she don't look 'very old'. she was in her late 30's back in Goldfinger (1964). but I think it's plausible one could have thought she was in her 40's. still, far from 'very old'.
If I'm rating on looks, she's obviously at the bottom with Tiffany Case. Both look very old, but that's part of what gives them chemistry with a man who clearly over 30. Miss Galore is also one of the most well defined and credible characters in the Bond movies, and one of the most "attainable". Most Bond women are supermodels, whereas Galore is more like a woman you actually work with, making her "safe" and comforting.
