So, it will skip the theatrical release. I never saw the musical. From the description I heard, it is not appealing to me. It is a smash nevertheless. Any of you saw it? What did you think about it?
As for Alexander Hamilton on film, strangely, there aren't that many movies that featured Alexander Hamilton, or am I wrong? The movie I thought may feature Hamilton was the musical 1776, but there was no Alexander Hamilton in the story. The Alexander Hamilton Wikipedia page listed only stage and television features, and no film mentioned. I finally found one that was played by George Arliss in Alexander Hamilton (1931). How could such a significant American figure hardly talked about in movies?
