Sheepish Sculpture:   You may ask, "What use are rotary phones with spiral-wound cords?" Plenty, as shown by Jean Luc Cornec's new exhibit at the Museum of Communications in Frankfurt. It presses visitors to recall more simplified times through a flock of free-roaming sheep sculpted from old, analog, rotary phones.  Harriet Meade made this mother-child pair from scrap metal.
