It's a mess, but it's a guilty pleasure of mine because it completes the trilogy and sort of halfway gets where it's trying to go. But yeah, it's objectively not the best onscreen depiction of Spider-Man. This. And it always bothers me when people project 3's problems over the whole trilogy. I mean, how many part 3s are as good as the first two anyway? I can't name any. Exactly. I would put Spider-Man 1 and 2 against any MCU entry, save perhaps the first Avengers movie.
