The exact meaning of "born again" is generally assumed to mean something other than reincarnation, however as with most spiritual phenomena the details can be murky.
You might be correct that "Christians, Muslims and Jews" who do not believe in reincarnation as a matter of traditional doctrine, but I suspect that is only the case at some fundamental level.
