Sleeping Beauty (1959), Disney's Most Boring Cartoon?

I happen to really like Sleeping Beauty (we can agree to disagree). It's my easily my favorite of the Walt era princess movies.  I'm not a big fan of Snow White & Cinderella. I have to agree Aurora is a bit bland but I like most of the other characters. Phillip was definitely an improvement over his predecessors.  He had more scenes than the princes from Snow White & Cinderella. I actually like that Sleeping Beauty was more about the fairies & Maleficent than it was about Aurora & Phillip because it helps it stand from Snow White & Cinderella.  Honestly in Snow White & Cinderella, we don't get to know the prince & the princess so I was glad that when Disney made Sleeping Beauty, Aurora was pushed out of the limelight.  I will admit, despite all this it's still a generic story, it's pretty much the same plot as Snow White but the way the story is told is unique.  I hope my post didn't come as intimidating, if it did I'm sorry that was not my intention.
