The Pledge actually would've been my number 10, as far as Inception, its the kind of score I assume was good but I have no recollection of it and not seen since the cinema, Last Samurai score is solid, doubt ill ever see the lone ranger so will not be able to comment on that score unless i seek it out in its singularity Thanks for the feedback. The score for Inception absolutely thunders the home surround system, I remember at the theatre the floor was pulsing. Yep, pretty sure you will hate The Lone Ranger, unless you enjoyed something like Cutthroat Island? I like both plenty, but I am undemanding in that sphere… yeah i get the sense from my memory that the sound design in general was pretty thundering on Inception, its the details of the score which escape my memory. I am more surprised however that you answered this thread from the morning duo of threads over the Herrmann
