How come people disagree about the 10 commandments?

I would guess that he is probably referring to the abolishment or moving of the Sabbath day within most denominations and the dispute between Seventh-day Adventists and the rest of the Christians.

Then the Jehovah's Witnesses, although many don't count them as Christians, probably think that believing in the Trinity breaks the first commandment.
