Well first I'll just say, Fox has the Annihilus rights, for now. There's a lot of suspicion of deal making, and we know deals have been made so nothing is off the table. Also, I don't want to sound like a douche, but on a board like this, and with deal rights having been made, I'm not sure that it's necessary to inform people of who has rights to what.
