These can taste amazingly like cotton candy, though not always. Plus they are usually $4 or even $5 a pound. I rarely buy them, and reduce the amount in the bags they fill. I'm not a taster, and like my grapes washed before eating, but once in a while I will sneak one in the store.
Speaking of tasting, I wonder if serve-yourself bulk bins will ever return. People were always going through Sprouts bin aisles stuffing their faces. I've heard Costco Samples are returning in a few weeks, but definitely not the way we are used to.
