I try to watch my sodium because cardiac disease runs really strong in my family. I don't salt my food, but you're right, anything processed, even bread, will put you right up there. I try to eat a lot of fresh/whole foods anyway, just to keep me at a healthy weight, but any kind of condiment like hummus, yogurt, etc. will increase the salt intake. I've been trying to minimize dairy so that may help. I should do an actual count for a week and see what I get. I probably won't like it, lol.
